Case Watson is a New York based musician and recording artist originally from Birmingham, AL. Her breakout EP, the banshee, was lauded by Popdust for its "masterful instrumentation," lyrics that ride "between poeticism and tongue-in-cheek frankness," and vocals that "would put [Evanescence's] Amy Lee to shame." She is currently working on her next single, "Sleepwalker." Tickets to her next performance July 14 are on sale now.
As a freelance video editor, Case edits, color grades, and designs graphics for film and television. She has worked for Complex Media and Stage Network, and her recent post-production project, queer herstorical short film, "Con Spirito" (Official Selection: Vassar Film Festival, Lighthouse International Film Festival, Hollywood Women's International Film Festival, and the Festival of Cinema NYC) will screen at its fourth festival this August.
Past projects include all-women sketch comedy troupe, Thank You For Your Cervix, and original full-length play, Atalanta, which premiered at Midtown International Theater Festival in 2017. Case's passion projects include Krav Maga, aerial silks, acting, and languages. She has a BA in Drama from Vassar, speaks French fluently, and is currently improving her conversational Spanish.
